The Tikli Fire Escape Ladder
The Tikli Fire Escape Ladder looks very modern and is very discreet when closed as you can see in the picture. There are two Tikli Fire Escape Ladders installed and one can barely see them when closed although the surface material is aluminium. If desired, the customer can choose a colour from the RAL Colour Chart and the ladder will be delivered in the desired colour.
The load carrying capacity of the ladder is 2 people within a distance of 2 metres, which is as many as there is room for (VTT/ VAL 42-980728).
Used as a maintenance ladder
The Tikli Fire Escape Ladders can also be used as a maintenance ladders in store rooms, silos, machine rooms, vehicles, etc. To prevent any unauthorized use of ladders, the opening system can be locked using a padlock.
Also suitable for 2 and 1½ storey houses
The Tikli Fire Escape Ladders are a safe solution to a permanent access method from a lower level such as 2 and 1½ storey houses. With matching paint they are almost unnoticeable.
Technique in a nutshell
The Tikli Fire Escape Ladders are manufactured of Finnish aluminium profiles AL MgSi 0.5 F 22. All bolts and rivets are stainless steel. The distance between the step is 300mm. They are fastened to the wall every 1500mm. Slip-resistant steps for maximum stability and easier climbing. Adjustable in length.
Installation
It is easy and safe to install a ladder to a detached or semi-detached house whereas with a block of flats Rumtec Oy strongly recommends the use of professionals.
