Element windows
The Tikli-Element window is suitable for panel constructions offering a new patented way of equipping panel elements (steel wool insulation and steel) with windows. Installing the window is very quick and easy and does not require any other methods than those traditionally used in installing panel elements.
Suitable dimensions
The Tikli-Element windows are manufactured in Vimpeli and the following widths are available; 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200mm. We recommend that the height of the window is the same as that of the panel, 1200mm. Suitable dimensions contribute to reduced installation costs and time needed; no need to cut the element at the site nor at the factory to install Tikli-Element windows. The length of an element window can be 5.7m.
Ready to install
All windows are glazed at the factory either with K2 or K3, depending on the customer’s wishes, insulating the glass units.
The windows can be equipped with a ventilator or a ventilator flap opening outwards and inwards.
Technically top quality
The frame structure consists of two aluminium profiles connected to each other by a plastic heat insulation lath. Totally waterproof EPDM rubber is used as a gasket both on the outside and the inside. The screen division can be altered in length and width using distance bolts allowing sizes as long as 6 metres in length.
The frame is powder painted using the desired colour. The windows are packed on wooden pallets for transport and covered with plastic wrap.
Easy to install
The installation is carried out while mounting the Panel elements. No special tools or methods are required meaning that element installers can use the same lifting equipment to install the windows.
